How it works

Under indomitable we have three programmes designed for people of different levels and different commitments. Everything is centred around this state of the art Bespoke and Holistic training programme, with additional features people can access if they wish to go the extra mile.

The Daily CREED!

“The Agreement with myself punishable by circumstance”

Quick

Designed to be a quick digest. Subtle but effective with the purpose of carefully restructuring your mind, outlook and thinking pattern from negative to positive. It’s a very quick activity with low intensity.

Activity

This is a programme where a person is texted (or access from the APP) a lesson of the day. This lesson is described in a short sentence or paragraph such as. “Hammer perception - there is no such thing as…….” This is accompanied by a task/activity of the day for example “During the course of the day highlight 3 times you used ETC”.

Bespoke & Holistic

We are bespoke and Holistic. Therefore, naturally you are first asked what areas of your life you are interested in improving. This determines the type of content that is passed onto you during the programme. Physical, psychological, spiritual, emotional, economical, business, relationships, other.

Knowlegde

At the end of the day, you are sent links and information to various articles where you can read up further on the subject matters you learned or was described to you during the day. (Higher packages have access to audio and video)  

Working

PACKAGES

1. Basic

Basic package members are sent a quote that you must hold onto throughout the day like a daily lesson (helping you see a better side of life) 

 

2. Intermediate

Intermediate package members are sent a quote with the addition of light daily activity that has big impact. (Helping you to reinforce the mindset you are learning. 

 

3. Advance

Advanced package members are sent a quote, daily activity, and access to articles, audio, and video content that they can read, watch, or listen to during or at the end of the day expanding their knowledge of what they were already taught. 

 

4. Icon

Icon package members are sent a quote, daily activity, articles, audio, and video and the “finish the sentence” personal interaction. This is a test of knowledge that helps you to track your progress and ensure you’re not leaving any valuable information behind. You are texted half of a sentence that you must finish. If you reply with the correct end of the sentence, you are then given points that you trade in at the end of the week or month for rewards. e.g. “Arrows must be pulled back to ………” you can also see yourself on our international ranking system based on how much you got right to see how others are doing in comparison to yourself across the world. The one who finishes at the very top of the leader board wins a prize in addition. 

 

5. Conqueror

Once you’ve completed all the lessons and quotes from a section; a person will then proceed up to the next category of lessons under that programme where they continue to learn the lessons and do the activities once all of these are completed, they will have access to the next section of that programme.

Big Leagues

The next part of the programme this is where you can access a variety of resources online including carefully curated content made for you where you are able to sit back complete each section and learn in your own time using articles, audios, and videos to do this. We all learn and absorb information at different paces therefore it’s imperative that we have the room to do this at our pace

Teaching

This part of the programme is designed to teach you more core lessons starting at the very foundation of our core ideals. It teaches you far more in-depth knowledge on things and the activities (though short) takes up a little more time than the previous level.

Prioritising You!

However, you will be issued with targets you have to meet and if those targets are not being met then we will chase you up and remind you of the importance of prioritising yourself as if you are not good in life then you can’t make good for the things and the people around you.

Options

It combines optional activities for physical training ranging from works outs to yoga to even tai chi for 20 - 30 minutes per day which you do in conjunction and support of your other lessons. You complete all lessons in sections of these and will be emailed when updates or others are added so that you don’t miss anything.

Champion

Fun

After this you then have access to indomitable Champion. This is fun, this is love, this is interaction at its fullest with real people meeting every day at the same time to discuss their life’s, their experiences, what they’ve learned and how it’s impacted them in various scenarios and areas of their lives.

Discovery

This is a place where new ideas and concepts can be formed, discovered presented and discussed to empower the lessons even further or find new and vibrant ways of applying them to make us overall a more powerful person. It’s using real life situations and scenarios that are happening right in that moment to discover how it can be approached and what lessons can be applied to maximise or minimise its effect on you and what you are capable of.

Angles

 By the time you’re done you’ve grown accustomed to a group of friends it becomes a routine to meet and catch up while fuelling each other with progress and power. A person can take part in these very advanced sessions either one to one with a mentor or with peers. Additional depths and dimensions are added to each lesson coming from various alternative angles and viewpoints due to each scenario coming from real life.

REALISTIC

This service is delivered in three ways Personal, Live, and Guided!

To begin we ask each person about the purpose of why they wish to have training and what their ultimate goal is. We then ask them about their lifestyle and what realistically they wish to do, can afford to do (in terms of time or eating habits). We then conscript a unique plan for each person that they will need to follow to get to their goal. We will then support a person by sending them reminders about their daily aims and agreements, their routines, their goals that they need to follow till the end of the day and they each must tick these off as they go along in the app or on their profile online.

Ultimate

You can access a series of videos that they can follow teaches you work outs and routines designed to help you get to your ultimate body type, fitness, and health. 

Alternatively for some people they can access our unique brands of personal trainers near them which will join them physically and do their session.

In Depth

You are then able to watch and go along with the videos sent to you in your own time and space or even further advance you can make appointments with a personal trainer who they will meet in person (when possible or requested) or online to train and get that healthy body to match that healthy mind. They will work with in house nutritionist and experts to guide you on your body, your habits, and your journey.

Deeper

While doing our lessons, you may come to realise that you have some issues that are deeper routed than you may have originally realised, and you need some help to understand them uproot them or sort through them and throw them out.

Qualified

Our qualified and amazing therapist helps you to understand and then work through these issues, so you are able to continue on the journey of being the best you. 

 

They start off with 1-hour sessions. These can be online or in person, and depending on the level of support you feel you need could be group sessions or one to one. Regardless they are here to support you and get you being and feeling the very best that you can. Add them to your package or utilise it as a standalone service.

Heal

You’re unlikely to be the best you if you don’t address these issues as it’s like having an open wound that won’t heal if not addressed eventually it could become infected and infect other areas than the place it started. As humans we face many varied and diverse issues some, we may not even realise but we do feel the effect, these could include (but not limited to) childhood trauma, loss, abuse, fear or one of the other countless amounts of things that a human being could experience.

Well being Assitant

Our life coaching service is like having a friend, a supporter, a personal wellbeing assistant, and a motivator in one. They are compassionate caring and determined people who makes a huge difference in a person’s life which can only be recognised when you have one.

Unlocking

This is what our life coaches do this is what makes them amazing and while they are amazing, they can help you unlock your amazing too. At times they act almost like a personal assistant for your wellbeing.

Support

How would you feel if you now had a structure and a plan of what you wanted to do, you now had tasks to go along with that plan, you are actively working on and ticking off those tasks, and you are progressing swiftly to the destination of your dreams? All this while having someone to help you through the high and lows of it and inspire you to keep going.

Accountability

Their purpose in your life is to help you get to where you want to be by giving you encouragement but also holding you accountable to your aims and goals when necessary. They are a shoulder to lean on and a steady hand to guide you forward if you are happy and achieving your goals that’s all that matters.

Breathe

To tie a person together holistically they must look at the small things as well as the big, this is why we offer sessions for yoga and Tai chi designed to help a person decompress de-stress, off load and simply…breathe.

Improvement

All while improving physical health Flexibility Mobility and a plethora of other health benefits from just taking 30 mins a day for yourself to simply recover.
